Getting back into fishing

Hi there.

New to Forum and need some info having taken up fishing again thanks to my young kids. Couple of questions

Best all round tackle shop for salt water angling as well as fresh water in Cape Town area?

Are there any decent spots for lagoon fishing safe for kids in WC? Had great fun in Swartvlei and Groenvlei over school holidays? Milnerton lagoon begs the qiustion but not sure if any fish anymore or anything further up the west coast not really interested in true shore based angling, more estuarys and lagoons?

Does anyone know of someone whom can recondition/repair old classic reels, want to do a makeover on an Abu Cardinal 755 Circa 1983 still in pretty good nick.

Thanks

Gentlemen?? where....

Milnerton Lagoon is not good unless you want radio active mullet.

Langebaan also an option.
