Mine is a 2010 1800 HO Cruiser with 25 hours on it, looking at getting a 300 Kawa......Holidays is in two weeks so I will trade next year.

Dustin told me you were seeking a REAL jetski.
I still haven't made the break to get down to RBay to pick my sanitised, non fuel smelling STX. Bloody customers keep phoning and giving me work.
Picked up some Russians/cheese grillers from your butcher -- YUM ! .
Didn't realise Meyerton was such a metropolis

Unfortunately for Frickie and Fats I have not invited them to the Racetech comp in Feb but I have entered, who else is going?

Oh ja,if memory serves me correctly,fats is the guy with the homebuilt jetski-the canoe with a ford XR-6 motor with the pontoons and sidepipes.....((s((peed)

Good morning guys
Firstly an apology. I omitted the dates from the advert for the 3[suP]rd[/suP] Annual Racetech Ponta Jet Ski Classic. So just so you know the dates are the 10[suP]th[/suP] and 11[suP]th[/suP] February 2012.
This year has just flown by and we suddenly find ourselves once again gearing up for the World’s biggest and most prestigious Jet Ski only fishing event and we are very excited once again to be organising it.
Every year the event has got better and better and this year will be no exception. Every competitor will get a goody bag filled with goodies- is that not why it is called a goody bag. Prizes will be plentiful. We give prizes of real substance well beyond tenth place, and of course there will be lots of lucky draws. So everyone walks away with something
Of course the real reason we are there is to catch fish, and there will be plenty of fishing and lots of serious competition between all involved. The country’s top Jet Ski fishermen will be in attendance, and if you ready to pit your skills against them then this is the compo to do it. even if you are a novice or relatively inexperienced there is no better way to learn than going up against the best.
So get involved and stand the chance to walk away with awesome prizes and lay claim to the title of the Country’s top Jet Ski Fisherman
This year we are adding a few extra things to the agenda. We will be conducting two, 2 and a half day clinics prior to the event for smaller groups(costs to follow shortly but will be in line with our clinics we currently conduct)
We also plan to conduct a free two hour planning session/clinic the day before the competition. This will likely be held in the morning to avoid clashing with registration in the afternoon. So if you travelling from further afield or even from close, and you want to spend some extra time in the magical Ponta Do Ouro then this is perfect for you.
The event will hosted at the resort of Coco Rico this year and we encourage you all to stay here to really embrace the atmosphere and vibe. Located within a spoon cast of the ocean, Coco Rico is a luxury log cabin resort, mixing the old world charm of Ponta with modern air conditioned facilities. A bar and swimming pool help to ease the Mozambican heat, as well as a restaurant and a gym facility to keep you in shape for the next day’s fishing are all part and parcel of this wonderful venue. All units are air conditioned and fully equipped with kitchen appliances and cutlery. DSTV, a small safe and braai facilities are also provided. There are wash bays and parking bays for the jet skis within the resort and with all the festivities taking place here, this is definitely the place to be. The resort is to be taken over by the Jet Ski fishermen for the weekend and fishermen are advised to book early as this will fill up quickly. This is a family orientated weekend so bring the spouse and kids along to enjoy the fun.
Bookings for accommodation are handled directly through the resort, and quote Go Fish when booking. Coco Rico can be contacted on 034 413 1418. They have been having a problem with their Telkom lines so you can also email them on info@cocorico.co.za
In the event of still having problems getting hold of them please give me a call but by the time you get this Telkom should have fixed their lines
