Apparently Tigerfish are quite bony, and doesn't make good eating, but I have never tried it myself

Guys

Eating, never heard of it, but DAMN those are some SERIOUS Tigers, if I didn't know any beter, I'd think that the Scottish actually caught "Ol, Lochy" and that all those sighting of the Lochness Monster was actually on the African Continent.  Anyhow those are really nice fish.

Can you imagine the fight/s, man that must have been some RUSH-RIDE, eish!!!

Congrats to the hunters.

I bet that little fishie is a handfull to handle on the boat!!!!!!If the smaller ones put a hell of a fight up i just wonder how those boys BOKS!!!!

I've heard its somewhere in the Congo, but would rather come to Pongola for a week and fish jozinidam to go there,a 6,7,8kg is just as nice and a bit better looking, those big ones grow out off their stipes(not nice)

The tigers here is going bannanas, its peak season very hot and the results is 40 to 50 tigers a day,we got last Sunday the biggest 2,3kg.

Cheers on a good tiger!
