Hello All,
I've spoken to JD earlier today regarding the bookings. Should any of the guys decide to get there early on Friday(after 7am), you might be allowed into the chalets if they aren't occupied. Alternatively, you could park inside, go fish until midday & then occupy the units once they are cleaned up.
Also there were discs that were provided the last time (from JD) at a refundable fee of R50 payable by individuals that would allow you to enter/leave the resort should you need to do so.
JD has bait in stock. Plenty of fresh chokka, sardine, bonnito, prawn (pink/tugela), mackerel, however redeye sardine is on order.
There have been a few catches of salmon, grunter & shad recently .... a few catches on dropshot as well. Should Mother Nature be kind to us, we'll have a splendid weekend with lots of success at the water's edge. This time I will have the pleasure of fishing alongside your'll & am really looking forward to that.
An important reminder to those who have not yet added their names to the list & to those who have not deposited their monies, PLEASE do so. There are still plenty of units available, which we have booked in advance. These units are self-catering, although it is advisable to bring a blanket along. Not a good idea to camp .... trust me.
Looking forward to a fantastic weekend away from the hustle & bustle, even though I will be thinking about my :babee girl at home.
Come now lets make this happen ....
Regards,
Jonah
