Might be a good idea to bring camping chairs / tables, and a large umbrella / gazebo if you have them. I will pack in some chairs and a folding table. Do not have a gazebo / large umbrella.

The red circle is the childrens play area, the ornage circle is the proposed area.
There are two huge tree's which should give us some shade.

Please not I've used the word circle very very loosley.

howz it guys will the 94.7 road closure affect the roads to the dam , I know the race is on Sunday ,but not sure if the roads will be closed from Saturday?any one know?

Ok for those of you coming tomorrow... we will be meeting on the East side of the dam (near the big trees that LL is talking about).

I would suggest bringing a few gas braais along, just in case there ain't braai drums there. Also chairs are a MUST, umbrella's??

I will be meeting the guys from Durban fairly early and hope to be at the dam latest 9h30.

Look forward to meeting you blokes!!

Boys - Duty Calls and it seems I will be putting in overtime tomorrow at the office - not the way I wanted to spend my Saterday but either work or look for new work lol

You guys don't need to take gas braais with. I was at leeukop last Sunday and they have about a dozen of those half barrel braais.(if you are looking at the clubhouse where we had the last social just to the left is a cement wall just look up their and you will find all the braais you need)

Cheers

Seeing as this is my first visit to a Sealine social, I thought it might be difficult to recognise the oakes.
:?

Then I remembered - If there's a chap parading a pink skirt, I'm in the right place :spite

Don't want to be a party pooper, BUT what are we going to do if it rains 2moro. Will the social braai go ahead as planned. Chances are good for rain????

Don't know if somebody offered already, but I can bring some of those name tag thingies that you can clip on to your shirt? (As long as I give them back)

If it rains.... then we're in trouble... go somewhere indoors like a restaurant...

Name tags... excellent... Johan (LL) usually has those type of things covered, but bring them for backups anyway...

Naah, Reefer. This is meant to be an unofficial event. Apart from starting the thread and such I have done almost naught.
The name tags we had at the last social were supplied by sealine.
