So i really want to try it this weekend, but i just want to get some more info on this.

What plastics works the best with flipping?

When do i flip?

Ive been trying flipping out for a while now, but in my backyard. Its a bit more difficult on my float tube to flip, but i have seen a couple of guys doing it on their tubes.

come on dont you guys know flipping?maybe im spelling it wrong...hehehe...its when you flip you lure in to the water bu really soft....you dont flick it over your head or side ways, you keep the rod in front of you, and you swing your lure into the spot ou want to,this helps if you want to get you lure in a spot very softly...

You've just described flipping perfectly Basslover....

Have a look at the following 3 videos if you want to know more

I dont think its got anything to do with the type of lure that you use.

The lure should always resemble what the fish are eating. What matters with flipping is to get it into the water as softly as possible..

I dunno?
