Fishing Ski off Ponto

Hi Guys, I joined SEALINE yesterday. I have fished mozambique on my Macski fishing ski, but only in the calmer regions of Inhambane, of to Ponto 4th Feb, looking for advice regarding this spot...

Any pointers on close reefs. launch tactics and regulations would be appreciated.
