Fishing on the Southern Transkei Coast

I am really keen to get down to the lower Transkei Coast (Mazeppa - Kei Mouth) I have never fished down there and would like some advice on when is the best time of the year and which areas to fish. My main interests are lure fishing and scratching. Not really interested in fishing for non-edibles. Hope to hear from some of the experts on this forum, any advice will be appreciated
