i have had some news from a good source who was in one of the meetings and it has come out that the parks board is not for the increase in licence fees and nor is any of the other interested parties so it looks as if they are going to settle on an aprox 6% to 10% increase lets hold thumbs   sence prevails this is the bannana republic
