Fishing Licence

Hi All, could someone tell me what the validity for a sea fishing licence in the Cape is, I had one from last season (and can't find it) and would like to know if it is worth getting a new one now or whether it is just going to expire in a months time.

If you talking about the recreationa liscence, it doesnt expire end of this year. Your year would start on the day that you purchase it

Guys, just don't do what kippie here did.
To keep it pristine and water proof I laminated it, not thinking about the method of printing employed for the receipt. Out the other side of the laminator came a BLANK receipt. The post office uses thermal printers for their receipts.

Wow, thanks Land Locked, I was about to have my licence laminated and would have been very bleak :temp:... because I got my recreational fishing, westcoast lobster and additional vessel licence all on the same permit:doh.
