Fishing in PSJ staying at Cremorne river lodge

Hello Gents
I will be going down to PSJ staying there for 2 weeks from Dec 31st to January 14 2012 and taking my boat with to fish the river and Suggestions of were in the river and what bait, Best times to fish, never fished this area before.
where to get bait as-well?

Depending on how much water is coming down, you need to watch the incoming water and follow and fish that dividing line.
On the Durban side of the river there is a sand bank of which you need to take note of as you will need to fish the edge of it on the pushing tide.
Where the surf meets the mouth is scary to fish but is the most productive.
Please report back and let us know how it went.
That's one beautiful spot to stay and fish.

Thanks i will do that, will keep you posted on the events as they unfold, what is the best bait for that area, and the time to fish on the incoming water correct can that be day and night?
Cant wait to get there and put a line in the water.

one MORE WEEK TO GO BEFORE I AM OFF TO PSJ CANT WAIT TO GET A LINE IN THE WATER, FROM THE BOAT AND THE BEACH, 29TH DEC I WILL BE THERE.

well i have been in PSJ since 29th Dec try second beach 3rd Beach Poenskop and all over the fishing is realy bad nothing happening, the Lodge is great but the river is so badly inflood and dirty, and is slugged up a person cant take the chance to put the boat on the river.
Fishing is realy bad.
