in alberton somewhere there is a dam on a guys farm name rust in orbi or something... ive never fished it but a guy at work does regularly with success... its R50 entrance and have some nice lapa's and stuff i hear... im gonna check it out the next time he goes.

Try Huddle park golf cource iv'e nailed a couple of bass there already even one of about 2.3 kgs and some carp

The golf course has been in a sorry state for a quite a while now and its just standing there, some oaks have been trying to develop it for a couple of years now, but are having hastles gettihg proper permission, It's a swamp land and not suitable for development, plus it was the last public course. So whats new..!

Ya so, other than that i just go there when i like, also just got to be carefull safty wise,It's kind of deserted..

Let me know if you want to go there some time.

im a member at royal joburg which is next door to huddle and i sometimes see dodgy dudes just sitting there watching u and smoking their weed.

CM96. So far iv'e had no problems, but ja you need to be on your toes. I normally take my pitti for a walk there in the afternoon and if i'm going to fish for carp i'll make sure that there's someone else with me, but have gone there by myself just trying for bass..

I even encountered one, very attractive  blond come jogging past one Saturday afternoon..

Here is a pic of a carp of about 4.5 kg's that a friend of a friend caught (his first...!

Talk about beginners luck..
