Yesterday was a great day fishing the CUTFIELD BANKS & NORTH B! & B2
Launched at my Club Maritimo at 4am
My great friend Ryan Williamson "Pulsator" is staying in Macanetta these Holidays and we arranged to meet in the Komati River Mouth so he can follow me to my spots -
we met at just before 5am at : S25.52.074 E32.44.435

Ryan brought a new smaller Ski Vee 13.6ft with a single Yamaha 40HP - 2stroke - 2Cyl

After breaching the Surf at the Macanetta Point we headed straight to the Northern Floating Buoy NO1N

Arriving close to the Buoy I stopped well off and let Ryan have the first shot with Red Eye Sards he brought from KIngs in Durban =
first pass next to the Buoy and he was on with a nice CUDA -
second pass and he was on again.

I set a spread of three swimmers - 2 HALCO Laser Pro and in the prop wash a MANN +30ft Deep Swimmer =
first pass the MANN went of at a rate of knots and a great CUDA came out -
with the ZURIES I caught some fat Inhaca Sards next to the buoy and at the first swam away I caught a CUDA -
we each caught 4 CUDA here.

A GT of +- 20kg was around the buoy but did not want to take mine or Ryan's popper attempts or bait or nada -
it was very frustrating to see it swim on the surface around the buoy ignoring us.

We up lines and moved over CUTFIELD Banks to the NAVIO -
this is a ship wreck in 25 meters water = any of you Sealiners that watched me on FreeSpool TV a couple of months ago - will know this is where the huge GTs were filmed under water.

No GT action - but on drop shot some nice Yellow Spot Kings and CUDA.
Ryan went of a bit more to the South East to a spot a radioed to him called ROBALO -
he was not on the spot and had a CUDA and then a second and third in minutes -
he radioed me and I went there to enjoy the very same Cuda action.

What a fantastic day - I have many pictures taken with my iPhone 5 - none want to load on the SEALINE site as I suspect them being to large format -
is there any advise how I can load my iPhone pictures on here and I will do so asap

The only way is to first resize the pic. Create a folder on the phone and resize the pic's you want to use to that folder.

I simply email the pics to myself and select the small format when it composes the email (select multiple pics) and then use the smaller format pics

Thanks you very much for your kind feedback -
I will try that and post the pix attaining to this report as the pictures are really great of myself and Ryan Williamson fishing on my side

Have a great New Years Party on 31st

Nice trip, what did the other boats get? Any Bills?

There was lots of activity on the VHF Radio -
Two boats from SA was talking to each other while the one was fighting a Marlin -
It seemed that the Skipper of the boat fighting the Marlin was very inexperianced and the other boat was observing everything at a distance and giving advice via radio.
When I left CUTFIELD for home they were still fighting thus Marlin - that was +- 4 hours since hook up.

Every boat was reporting lots of Game Fish - Cuda & Dorado & Wahoo & YFT & Big Bonito
