Fathom 30, sl30sh, torium 20

Good morning All, these 3 reels I serviced for Nico Bason yesterday. A torium 20 with the smaller Jmag fitted, a sl50sh and a fathom 30 reel. The fathom was its first service from new, have a look at the internals see what it looks like inside before and after I did it. The torium has carbontex fitted a spring loaded an it reverse dog pawl Nd my Jmag, so all the necessary modifications deemed essential to get maximum enjoyment out of it. The sl30sh was relatively new look closely you will see all the sliding surfaces are quite dry on this reel. Servicing is essential when you find this as when salt water gets inside one can expect corrosion to start where it is really not desired. Enjoy the pictures.

Fathom I don't advocate this type of greasing it creates problems wading

Look at the fathom pics see loaded with grease but see colour changes on gearing g corrosion signs on bridge plate and else
