Does anybody know where I can get a good quality preferbaly stainless 12/24v fan for a cabin that actually works well??

I might be wrong but a fan that works, is easy to mount and won't rust is the one that comes off any early 2000's BMW.
It's the aircon fan that mounts against the radiator.
Scrapyards are normally cheap on this great fan. 12V.

The AC fan will work well however you not be able the hear your self think. The AC fans turn very fast. Would not want to get my finger in there
