Fishexcutnr,

Epic yes, but imagine 3 guys vas, for 3 hours standing shoulder to shoulder ! How these guys manage to keep lines apart and losen them if they cross, which they did a couple of times, is just awesome. Controlled CHAOS !!

3 okes doing the tuna dance for 3 hours and if your inexperienced its more than hard work!! but exciting new stuff! I loved my day out on tyler even the fish i sat on for 2 hours basically, then lost, but its from inexperience had the fish doin circles anti clock wise on the starboard side then ended up on the port side thanks to the stuborn b&tch and than should have got the fish to swim clock wise, into the boat and away from the engines but ya it was and still is a very very new game to me, so fish kindly sad thanks and went round the engine skeg and against the hull, gareth managed to sort out the tangle in the 50w after i opened the spool to minimize the chaffe but after that first lift and ping.. lets just say i sulked a little! Ya but going out with a charter like south seas is such an eye opener and you just learn so much! Peks you should try get your boat down here, the season is just going off at the moment!

good luck to all the guys that run on sat if the weather holds, cant wait to see the pics!

Magic

The fish tastes amazing when it is properly looked after.

Yup - and Dave got a YFT of 82Kg using a JSR450 on the deck inside 25mins! Will be posting a newsletter with the pics, and a bunch on others from last weeks catches on Jigstars from Seychelles, Madagascar and the Cape.

Newsletter will go out on Friday 23rd October to all JSA Newsletter subscribers, so it's a good idea to register.

I have to wait 2 weeks before I can wet a line...... but then it's fishing galore for the next 5 months!
