In this day and age excellent customer service is a rare thing.
Last year SSEC as a club ordered custom fishing jaclets from Quiver. In Dec as I was busy fishing the one side just parted and no it was not due to a tight fit. I contacted Quiver and the owner yes the owner drove all the way to my house with a replacement jacket free of charge. He examined the other jacket and concluded that there was a flaw in the panel on that side.
On Monday this week 5 months later I get an email from him requesting my postal address as he wants to post my repaired jacket to me free of charge. I begged him to let me cover the cost but he refused.
