To Repsol

I am sorry to have to tell you this but sealine is not a website. It is a forum just like this which was converted to look like a website. It does not have the functions of website.Secondly the old saying goes patience is a virtue why not excisise some of that please.

Sealine can and nevr will be able to be like ESA "thank GOD for that".What ESA has done for all of us in the angling fraternity is amazing.Yes there are delays and minor problems but hey thats what all buisness face.As another member has said ESA is a small group of dedicated individuals trying their damdest to provide world class entertainment as well as education to all of us.They are obviously going to face some problems and hurdles,so please try and be patient. At the end of the day you must have seen something you liked on ESA and you had to felt there was some worth in ESA,otherwise you would have never joined.

GOing to sealine well yes you may get information you need, but i will tell you something, find out how much of the info you recieve there is,first hand info,in my experience all they have is copy and pasters, they take articles out of books and scan and then paste and then they go to other websites and copy and paste the info.

Is that the kind of infomation you need,i dont think so if it were me i would rather google myself and buy the books rather then pirating information. That site discrimates against people for catching fish, then i ask you why the hell do we do we fish at all.It is up to us as ambassadors of the ocean to educate people not discriminate against each other.

ESA has done wonders for us in South Africa so i guess they are the team which you and your sealine mates "love to hate".Being a member of ESA what ever member you are it means you belong to a quality franchise,a franchise which has morals and dignity and are prepared to go to the ends of earth for the sport of angling.

I really feel that we as members need to stand together with the ESA team, rather then sit here and critiscise them for there shortfalls. All those sealine members sit there and critisize ESA and their show and blah blah blah, but it is those same idiots who never miss a show. They are the same fools who sit glues to their TV'S on Thursday nights and never miss a second of the show.Guess what after it's over i think they go into a stae of depression or maybe they suffer a hemroid attack of some sort because then they  feel that they can do better and that ESA is wrong for catching the dam fish eish!!!!!!!!!

I can go on bru but i will say this, time is all ESA needs and i am sure that in the near future we are going to be sininging ESA praises rather then sitting there and ridiculing them for minor delays. If you feel sealine is your way then by all means go for it have a closer look and see what kind of organisation you would rather be a part of.

Kind Regards

Yes Kraaines, that's the only *********** I know that has it in for Sealine.

However, let us be the more mature group and leave it be. Let us not be guilty of throwing stones or stooping to their level.

Hi

Let us all step back and reflect before posting and number of issues that creates animosity amongst fellow anglers.  The greatest disservice we can do to sealine and the brotherhood of anglers is to denigrate to this type of verbal diarrhea.

The primary thing to remember is that it was written by a "supporter" and not the producers of the organisation.  Unfortunately, just as much as sealine cannot be held accountable to the verbal diatribes of one of it's members, so too we cannot hold ESA liable for comments made on it's forum.  Let us not speculate any further on this matter would be my suggestion.

hey guys
all i'd like to say to all those members of sealine is that if you happy with what you get of sealine then stick with sealine. like noweeds says, there is never a winner in a slinging match.
i am fairly new to sealine and all i can say is that the effort put into this site by likes of reefman, noweeds, jace and others is brilliant. for on the spot advice, i have never seen replies done so quick and so informative, be cut and paste or pirating or personal experience.
i for one have never been able find the ESA site on the web, or maybe i am looking in the wrong places.
so to all those sealine members that feel that sealine is doing a good job pay no attention to that letter and just let your desire and love for the sport prevail.

just my 2 cents

I reckon that seeing that ESA replied to my email, that was answer enough. They have admitted to certain errors and seem to have a channel of communication that works. I sent email, got reply next day. I would ignore any comments from members as it is hidden from non-members. Thier reply was good enough for me.

Hi guys
Whilst I agree that slingling matches is something ones does not want....the article borders on slander and needs to be carefull how anybody handles it.
It is sad when comments like that are without due process and the confines on the legal system. Also I think members have comments about service they received and those comments were not endorsed by SEaline.
Therefore the comments were made by Sealine members and NOT a official policy point of Sealine.
All members can post their views.

Agreed.  As Jace also points out, this is the view of an individual forum member and not ESA.  Why should we go in for the "kill" on an anti ESA drive because of some or other smart alec's axe that he wishes to grind.  It would be a different story is ESA endorsed these comments and their official standpoint.

ciao

ESA ROCKS! I'm one of the idiots who never misses their programme or their mag.  i love the concept and what theyve done for angling is great. but there are also issues that i'm seriously unhappy with - their service sucks but their product is good enough for me to overlook that. i subscribed a long time ago to esa and they have never failed to disappoint me on the service side, but the show is great and so is the mag - so credit where credit is due and constructive criticism where that is due too. but having said that esa rocks, sealine puts everyone else to shame.

SEALINE ROCKS even with all of us IDIOTS and FOOLS as members.
