electric motor or petrol

i have a seahawk 400 and i am looking to buy a electric motor or a petrol motor for it.

would it be better to buy a 35lb or 40 lb motor?

and what would be a better option electric or petrol?

The 44lb jarvis is a good option

i am gonno be using my boat to drop of feeder and take out deep lines.

any idea if the 30lb minn kota would be a good option.

my budget is in that range.

A 30lb minn kota or motorguide will be perfect for your use.

Just make sure u get a decent battery and charger as well.
