One would never think that the tides have an effect on the fish that are out of the tidal zone. I have found the fish come on at different times and its often linked to the change in the tides. This is not only bottom fish but also applied to reefies.
Here in the cape i have found that the last hour of the pushing tide and then when it starts to drop to be the best. During the high and low there doesnt seem to be much action.
Anyone else got some experience with this and does it apply throughout SA or do different places work differently
