I've recently moved to Durbanville and have noticed all these stunning dams in the area. I used to fish in Vogelvlei dam there by Tulbagh and caught mainly Bass.
I'm interested to start fresh water fishing again in and around this area. Any recommendations? From what I've google search " Door de Kraal" and "Hillcrest" seems to be popular? Anywhere else?
*also. I'm starting out fresh so I will require some rods and tackle....as well as permits? What permits will I require and where will I get these?
