I've caught a few bass at Hazelmere, its very close, well maintained and quite enjoyable. I've been told that there are nice carp in there, but I can't verify this since they've eluded me.
Shongweni is also popular but I've never been there.
It's fairly well priced, clean and a lot of fun with bass!
