Quick Quiz - can I use e.g. my Berkeley Sandworms etc in Namibia, or is it also deemed illegal ie "not allowed to fish with any form of worm"?

ofcourse you can, it's not a worm, it's an imitation of a worm.

Yes you are allowed to, the berkley worms are classed as a lure, when they talk about worms they are referring to natural worms!
