Dropshot clubs in Western Cape

Hi charljz

I've been doing some fishing (sic) and not been able to find one. I've been trying to see if ESA might hold their DSSA comps down here again and I've been told it won't be happening for the foreseeable future; I don't think they had enough participants, etc.

Let me know if you find anything please.

There are a couple of guys who are really into dropshotting and try and go as regulary as possible.

The ESA dropshot tourny will not be held in Cape Town this year.

But if you keen to join us on a dropshot outing let me know.

Have you had any luck at Kalkbay or strand. I believe some guys go fishing at Harbor Island, Gordon's Bay. There are quite a few Elf and Cob running there. Has anybody have an news regarding Harbor Island?

A couple of guys and i are going to Zandvlei Saturday morning to try and bust the leeries and elf on dropshot.

You are more than welcome to join.

We meeting 5 am in the picnic area.
