Howzit guys,
Been wondering about this for a while...
How biodegradable are the dropshot baits like Berkley etc? Googling the subject I found that some of them are indeed biodegradable but I have yet to find real stats on how long for instance a Berkley camo worm will take to breakdown in sea water.
Also I have retrieved some baits and have seen definite bites out of them – are these pieces digested? For example a Bronze Bream that takes a bite out of a peeler crab. How long would it take the piece to be digested by a fish or will the fish simply end up being very constipated?
Any idea what the baits are made of?
Looking forward to your responses...
