Drop shot in Cape town

im new to drop shot and was wandering if there are any decent spots in cape town for light drop shot fishing (preferably off the shore)

what setup do you have?

drop-shot is relatively a young addition to the cape town fishing scene. hence the no replies on your post.

i drop shot off my kayak with success. catch mostly cob.

i believe you could do this from the shore, but you would need some form of structure.
strand reefs at low tide gordons bay ledges rooi els etc should be good spots to work.
the ledges at cape point could also be an option.
