To put it simply I don't trust the guys running or rather ruining the place now, especially with my money. Fish size has gone down and it's overpriced compared to what it used to be.

Agree with Hennie there.It seems to be trend now,for most "exclusive" lakes\dams\ponds.fish size down from yesteryear but the fees increase.I think simply those monsters that were present were moved to be fished by a select few.

Now you have to be a member yes, when it was still Bassomania it was open to anyone as long you stuck to the rules. I'm also sure fish has been moved to other dams.

It's a farm dam that was stocked with small carp in the mid 90's

We fished there this weekend. Blanked the whole weekend.But I'm definitely going to fish there more need to figure that dam out. Its a difficult venue.
