I`ve been using this braid(50 lbs) for the past 18 months.
Nice and smooth to cast - better than HMP braid that I used before - also, the colour (lime green ) does not fade like the yellow JDB braid which my son uses. JDB braid is also very smooth and also casts very well.
Daiwa tournament braid is more expensive than most other braids , but I will not easily change to other braids. Got my braid from Basil Manning.
I mainly fish off the surf and it really makes a big difference with your hook up rate , especially when you also use circles.
