hi guys is crayfish a good bait for steebras and galjoen in the derde steen area?

For sure, the gallies will take it, not sure abt the steenies, give it a bash if you have surplus.

pink prawn tail/ tiger prawns are processed and they are somewhat dry and lack the ability to get bites like normal fresh sand prawn obtained from milnerton lagoon...

but they do attract the attention of kollies (black tail) and when used as a hammered in scent will work in a chokka prawn or white mussel wrap combo

last monday morning  -  old harbour  - gordons bay, a gentleman caught 8 steebnbras on pink prawn ,

the place is dead quiet there is a few steenies, here and there but the guys are keeping it quiet

Hi guys I'm new here want to catch some fish have been trying a lot lately but can't get anything what species wil be at 3de steen and what bait should I try.

Derdes has a very strong stream to the left recently. Line broke twice during these pulls. No fish lately.
