Dec 2020 fishing permit/beach use

Hi guys,

I always renew my permits in December. Ironically, my permit expired on 14 Dec, the day Cyril closed beaches unless you have a valid permit.
There's been a huge rush on permits at Post Offices and here in East London there are no more forms. I went to 5 PO's today and they've all run out.
Does anyone know when, or if, the DAFF will replenish these forms? If not, is there any way to print them online? I doubt this since each one seems to have a particular registration number.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Also got told by a family member that I should get one before coming down as there are no more at the post office.

I'm guessing this will be a problem and they are very slow with distribution of new books in my experience.

there is none to print because all have serial numbers on them.

i could scan one on a pdf file and attach it, but what about the serial numbers?

Living in Gauteng , I have just managed to get my fishing licence sorted, I travel to the EC every year to fish on a coastline that I know, HOWEVER ! there are already reports of the police arresting legitimate fisherman who are in possession of the necessary permits.

I have read the act , published on the 15 December 2020 N0 1346. it is unambiguous in its content and states on page 9 in "unconfusing" language that for legitimate fishing (if you have a permit) the rules do not apply.
