Does anyone know what is going on with Harties?
Went there on Saturday for a day trip with some mates and between 24 Rods not one single bite. The water was nice and clear UNTILL the first boat went pass. The water turned into a thick green slime – no smell though.
It’s sad that this piece of water has gone from Good to extremely disappointed. We fished from 30 – 160M, different traces , different baits , presentations and not one single bite J . I also picked up that the amount of people at the resort was less than 30 including our group of 14. Do they know something that we don’t know?
Not too sure what went wrong but weather was perfect for fishing.
