I did ask the guys from the club and it seems that there is bass. I havent tried to catch any though.

There is gates that is closed during the day. You also need to phone the clubmembers if you decide to fish the venue.

PI, only allowed 1 rod? Were there that many guys on the bank? hehehe...

Used to belong to the Simmers Club and fished there for almost a year... used to be safe, not sure nowadays... fishing was not bad, but I've heard stories that the dam has been netted by illegal netters... so not sure whats left...

Hi there , I only saw this now , I am a member of simmers "Germiston" club. My PB at germiston lake "Bass" is 3.16 KG , caught a couple 2.6KG and 2.3 KG bass there.
