I am in the market for a new rod and have found 2 rods that i am interested in at a very similar price range, namely, the daiwa saltist grinder elite (14"6 5-7oz) and the waft Iron Feather 2 grinder (15"2 5-7 oz).
Could those who have used/tested the rod please give me some information regarding these rods... I am not educated enough as yet to understand the difference between the blanks and components, but I generally like a rod with a nice sensitive tip and strong back bone that would allow me to increase the range of species i target with the rods.
The rod will mostly be used for targeting big eds from the side as well as some flat fish and sharks every now and then
