Conventional sonar (50/83/200kHz) has a cone shaped sound wave, and DSI (455/800kHz) has a beam.
When looking from the rear, they* will look identical.
Looking from the side, conventional will look the same* as from the rear, because it is a cone.
But looking at DSI from the side, it is VERY different, because it is a beam.
