When Matfield scored ,I sort of knew it was all over,I grabbed a baitcaster and the  klopstok,and headed for the nearest place of peace,WATER. My twelve year old son Rowallan really got my mind off the game when he hooked this one on a chartreuse loodkoppie,he lost one more (luckily as he would have really put me to shame.)

Congratulations to the Bulls and Sharks for their respective well-deserved victories and good luck with the finals. 20 years ago I would lie to my wife(then girlfriend) and say we were going fishing, and then go watch rugby at Kingspark.Now I might just lie and say I am going to watch the rugby, and then go fish in Durbs for the weekend.LOL.

Ryan, defnately a bit pap ,but by standing on the bank the laaitie can get it to "jiggle" the loodkoppie quite lekker without major effort from his small frame.As for weight ,we did'nt even bother,but I have heard that he caught the only one, a couple of times now. He keeps reminding me ,takes after his mother.LOL
