Why are all the public boat launch sites being closed in PE? Is this due to the cops that cant catch the Pearlies, and we as honest law abiding boat owners are bieng punished? I hear that slip owners must either close their slipways, or pay a R5000 fee per year. Can this be true?
If this is the case, then the only option would be to join a club for R1000 plus per year. What if we dont have that kind of money now, and it means no fishing for a while? Is this fair? :fishn:kaykak:kaykak
