COF Mpumalanga????

Hi Guys

I searched the forum to no avail, My Buoyancy certificate has expired, and I need to re do it, but I live in the sticks and the closest major city is nelspruit. Anyone know who can help me out in the area?

Also... I suspect that the port side foam may be waterlogged, as the boat lists slightly to the port. Do I have to pull the whole deck off to re do the floatation?

Rudamans in Nelspruit can do the COf i think they get someone out for the buoyancy.
