There are very few permits i think 6 in total I know almost every angler and a few years back was fortunate enough to contribute in the harbour with the data collection, what a place to fish! The anglers are all respectfull anglers and most certainly know how to handle their catches. Any fish leaving the harbour is most likely going straight to bay world. Maybe give them a chance to respond to your thread, i think you could be mistaking guys not part of the research program with them.
