Chroming!

I have searched till the cows come home for a method of chroming! Then I stubled into it.

This is a bird I want to mould. I needed to put a few layers of paint onto it to smooth it off, so I decided to try my chrome!

Then I just couldn't stop! I had cast another popper but hadn't started painting yet.

I've decided to give this on a chrome base. I'll finish it with a red tinted clear coat.

Sorry about the mess in the background but I'm bussy with painting the popper, another one had just come out of the mould. Busy moulding a lure head and making 3 more moulds!

You know nothing about mess bru!

That Chrome paint is the best I've seen yet (out of a rattlecan).

Did you buy all the stock?.

The stuff looks wicked.

I saw some stuff at Model Mania in Centurion that they applied with an airbrush. Under a clear coat it looked exactly like chrome. What about the metalic finishes from AMT?
