Good day

I have 5.2m duck rated for 1nm would like to get it rated again for 5nm. Is there anyone in the northen suburbs that can do that also will they come to your house and will they supply you with new number and rating

Phone the boat shops like Anchor Boats or Honda Marine in S/West. Usually, a surveyor will go to those shops on a specific day - you would then go there on that day with your boat (or drop it off the day before). It used to be Wednesday for Anchor Boats when they were in P/Eiland (now in M/Gardens) and Geoff was still around (RIP). But phone them and hear what the latest schedule / arrangement is.

He does the lot, Skippers ticket, buoyancy certificates, COF's etc, supplies safety equipment

You can also chat to Don Fullard 082 675 4911, Ian Allison at Fixit Boating, or H2o Inflatables in Brackenfell. All do COF just make sure you have the DSC VHF and other required safety equipment for 5nm.
