Hi guys. I want to put a bigger motor on my boat but dont have a skippers as I only have a 15hp motor. How do I get a skippers so that I can operate a bigger motor and how do I get the hours signed off as I have enough hours but it was with my 15hp motor and I was the captain, because you dont need a skippers license for 15hp and under. Thanks
