What's the plans this weekend fellow anglers ... who's fishing where  ?

I mean of course if it's your private venue .... don't divulge that name or location.

The old man and I are heading out tomorrow morning ........ 


I forgot it's the 'Valentine's Weekend' .... Well that might not count in an anglers favour me thinks.

i dont have any fishing planned, its vday on sat so the wife has a few things planned, she did offer a fishing trip but im trying to save the gate passes for winter wen it really counts

the weather is looking good for a bite man, sure u guys are going to be busy on the FAVOURITE swim,

might even pop in and see u guys if i get a gap, will be in that area on sat anyway

We have a low pressure, summer front moving in for the weekend starting tonight. That's big carp weather in Cape Town! They really do come on the bite much better than in the heat.

I've dusted off my rods and kit after a few years' break from fishing for big carp, sorted everything out and been out once so far with a blank.

Totally out of sync with my local dams, but nice 20lb carp coming out in the Cape Town area even in the middle of summer!

I have my mind set on a Sunday afternoon session of 3 - 4 hours testing some new products on a short session in a dam that holds some stunning 20lb carp. (No location - it's Cape Town after all!)
