Carp at bronkies

Hi guys,

Anyone fished bronkies lately? Are the small carp still so busy? Want to take the laaitie for some action. Think its the best place around pta to do fishing. especially to keep him busy. Think roodeplaat is closer to me but dont think its worth it as he gets board quickly. Anyone knows of any other dams that we can give a go aswell?

Hi,

Yes the small carp is still active at Bronkies, there's plenty of fish in the dam. Bass is also biting very good. The only drawback is the watergrass, if it's windy or if the dam is full of boats, the grass keeps drifting into your line, which makes it a nightmare. Apparently Roodeplaat is dead.
