Are the rumors true that there is no running fresh water at Cape Vidal ?

Going in December and this will kind of ruin it as we have to run the boat engines and of course the wife and kids would not be happy.

hi there

i was there this past weekend, and there is fresh water, but its not drinkable.
i hope this helps
