HMMMM hell no....i aint no sea robber............. that was a club catch at Maphelane Nature Reserve.......so are we hitting the surf this weekend or not....????

need to learn the ropes here...

Was fishing yesterday near Bailyes Cottage, beautiful swell.

Result 2 Steenbrass, good size. Got really wet getting them through the rocks, but well worth it.

First bite on the first cast, the bait had not even reached the bottom.

White Mussel...........! We had some small stumpies on worm, but nothing to write home about!

Will be visiting Baileys Cottage this weekend so if anyone keen to join me you are more than welcome, OD you rekon we can land a few steamers at baileys this weekend. were you standin on the rocks right in front of the cottage

Very difficult to explain but we can meet some were in the muizenberg area that you know and we can hook up

Hi Binx

Was a bit further to the left, towards Muizenberg as the swell was high. We had several bites at high tide and lost some. Havent seen such beautiful water in a while.

If there is no major change in weather i think you have a good chance! A regular was sitting there yesterday without his rod when we arrived, he said he was just chilling.

When I landed the first streamer, he took off and was bwith his rod in 20 min.
