Is it just me or did this butt do some major offroading.

to me it looks like there was some delamination of the foam, or the foam pulled the side glass in when it set.

dont think off roading, looks like built little too thin and the foam or air gap disorted the foam. the marks are on the structures internally, perhaps they overcooked the resin a bit?
