Bulk Braid

I need braid for the following reels:

2 x Torium 50 (±60 lbs) minimum 2km braid req.
kite (±60"bs) 800m
Saltiga 50 (50lbs) 500m
TN30A (50lbs) 500m
Ultegra 10000 (±40lbs casting) 600m
Ultegra 5500 (±40lbs casting)
Sustain 10000 (±30lbs casting)

The multipliers will all be fished with mono topshot, and the grinders braid only. Also do you guys think the reels are properly matched with the braid strength, the grinders are new, and I'm actually not sure of what I should be putting on them.

The braid needs to be a decent quality, but I'm looking for a good deal. Maybe some of the online shoppers can point me in the right direction.

Check out bass.co.za, they have some good prices on their braided lines. They also carry a local braid brand called Maji Kamba which is very good and very well priced. Unfortunately it only comes in 250m and 500m spools

Trevour, please do yourself a favour and Pm Enigma (Craig) He can get you good braid at a good price. He wil also give you the best advice.

Trevor, I will definitely second Armand. Craig will make every effort to sort you out. He gives very good advise and gives you the time you deserve to make an informed decision. He is very passionate about what he does. You can not go wrong with Craig.

Craig is doing work on rods for me, and was always going to be high on the list when considering a source, and yes he and I have started speaking about braid. It doesn't hurt to shop around a little, perhaps I score an education in braid at the same time.

I was looking for a local (Jhb) source for braid for a while now. The last time I needed bulk braid I ordered from basil manning.

No doubt Enigma will give you the best advice with regards to best braid among other fishing related stuff.

Man I wish I had his knowledge ,experience and talent
