Breeding Earthworms

Hi Guys its been a while since i have been on here, i just want to find out i have started breeding with earthworms and have heard that there are things that you should feed them and things that you shouldn't.  Can anybody help with what they think i should be feeding these worms and how often and what i shouldn't ?

No meat, dairy products, pineapple, coloured printing ink on newspaper, peels of veggies and fruit, dry leaves, no eucalyptus or pine needles and leaves, egg shells, cardboard containers for eggs,lawn clippings but in limited quantities etc. Best is to google earthworm farms, you will find all the info there, everyone should recycle there kitchen waste, you get good compost, earthworm tea, and your own supply of bait.
