Hi guys

Anyone used or heard much about the new 12 strand braided lines? think previously only available in Japan

Then gliss - anyone using it locally - haven't followed the forums much lately on it but last I read the reviews weren't that positive -suspect it may be better for ultra light lures than for eg the 20g lure class - but again opinion based on previous reading as have not used it

Then anyone know where in SA good quality 4 and 6 pound braid can be purchased or must still one order in from overseas

Try your local Tackle shop Bilimoria. The new gliss will be available from the 1 July 2015.

Ek weet nog nie maar ek sal uitvind vir ons wanneer die Gliss beskikbaar sal wees. Kom in 11 kg en 19 kg gliss voor.Die pryse is nog nie beskikbaar nie.

It's being brought in by Tackle Traders in Nelspruit, the SA agents for halco lures, so it should be quite easily available

I have heard that Gliss is a real climax when its new, and a real anti-climax when it gets old. The transition apparently is also very rapid from climax to anti-climax......
