I have just learnt how to do the braid to mono FG knot....took me 4 efforts and then I got the hang of it. To me it seems the way to go....nice and slim.
The only thing I don't like is with Power Pro and Suffix...the knot is a bit rough (Gosen and HMP smoother and silky) and I hate that little braid tag end.....pedantic.... just don't like loose endsjavascript:emoticon('

Loon Knot Sense and Tack Free Diamond Fine from Deer Creek seem to be available online in SA. They are applied and 3-7 seconds under UV torch harden up. Also have UV wader repair solutions.....Clear Cure Goo is also out there but have not seen it in SA.
Simply going down and catching fish, fishing turned to sport, turned to hobby turned to fetish......need to spend more time with my line in the water instead of tackle fiddling and surfing the net!!
